After all the attention received during the holidays, the seniors in our communities may begin to feel lonely again on Valentine’s Day. Well, not on my watch.
Here is an opportunity to help bring LOVE to local elderly nursing home and assisted living residents by providing them with, what could be, the ONLY gift they receive on Valentine’s Day.
With each $10 donation, you sponsor a senior and they will be presented with a beautifully-packaged, hand-delivered gift! The package will contain several goodies but will feature the Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream to help with dry skin that is such a problem during the winter months.
Both my mother-in-law and father-in-law were in assisted living facilities before they passed away. We were blessed to have family in the area who were able to visit them daily. However, so many others do not have that luxury. Can you image what this small gift can do to lift their spirits?
I will end this campaign on Saturday, February 10th, 2018 so that our gifts can be delivered by Valentine’s Day.
The gifts will be delivered to an assisted living facility in the Austin, TX area unless you’d like some sent to a specific place or individual.
